D. Elsworth Inc, founded in 1987, dedicated to providing the best quality and value compressor blade repair while applying our knowledge and understanding of airfoils to provide a more efficient blade.  To provide the best quality, turn time, lowest cost, latest technology and most flexible service in the industry.

We specialize in compressor airfoils.  We understand that close control of compressor blade geometry results in improved engine performance efficiency.

In many ways your compressor is the heart of your turbine engine.   Our SFP ( Selected For Performance ) program measures each individual blade. The program only accepts blades that have near nominal geometry and rejects outlier blades. When all of the blades in a compressor are SFP approved they work TOGETHER. This results in an efficient compressor that takes less energy for the turbine to drive. This significantly improves total engine performance. There are numerous engine tests that verify this process.  When it is most efficient, the blades are working effectively, the stages are working in harmony and the stack is delivering excess pressure to your turbines to run cooler, with less fuel burn to deliver efficient designed thrust or shaft horse power.
